• We are not accepting EXCHANGES at this time. If you wish to exchange for different size, please submit new order.

• You can return the dress within 14 calendar days, postage is covered by the client.

• Merchandise MUST BE unwashed and unworn, they must not have odours of smoke, perfume, pets, etc.

• They must not have makeup/tan marks (clothes) or scuffs (shoes).

• Original invoice is recommended to help the process go faster. 

• All accessories and intimates, no exchanges accepted and non refundable.

• Any returns past the policy will not be guarantee.

• TNO only offer a store credit, no refund will be given.

• All returned items will need to be returned within 10 calendar days strictly.

• Please note that items on S A L E are non returnable or exchangeable.

The Nomad One Boutique is a small business and we can not issue refunds on items purchased in-store.

We encourage all clients In-Store to try the clothes, as credit notes, exchanges, etc will not be offered.

• Items will be reviewed before packaging to make sure that there are no faults.

• Only items with a FAULT will be accepted.

Clothes will need to be unworn, scent free, make up free, tanning free & label still attached.

You will need to present your receipt.
